Rates and Taxes:
All rates are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to a 21% tax per night.
Mandatory Deposit at Check-in:
A $130 USD security deposit per room is required upon check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out, provided there are no additional charges.
An additional $1.50 USD sanitation tax per person, per night will also be charged, as mandated by local authorities.

Security Deposit
🔒 A $130 USD security deposit is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no extra charges are incurred during the stay.
Additionally, a $1.50 USD per person, per night sanitation tax (government-mandated) will be added to your final bill.
Cancellation & No-Show Policies
Deposit and cancellation terms may vary depending on the selected promotion or rate.
All cancellations must be made through the hotel’s booking engine and will be subject to the cancellation policy and deadline of the selected reservation.
Stays between December 24 – January 4:
- A 100% prepayment of the total stay will be charged to your credit card any time after booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 61 days before arrival to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, and the full stay amount including taxes will be charged as a penalty.
Stays from January 5 – December 23:
- A deposit equal to one night plus taxes will be charged any time after booking.
- Cancellations must be made at least 6 days before arrival to receive a refund.
- Cancellations made within 5 days of arrival will incur a penalty of one night plus taxes.
No-Shows:
Failure to arrive without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the stay plus taxes, and the reservation will be canceled.
Non-Refundable Rates
If the selected rate, room, or promotion is labeled as non-refundable, non-cancellable, or similar, a 100% prepayment will be charged at any time after booking.
All cancellations will incur a 100% penalty, regardless of when they are made.
Pet Policy
Sorry, pets are not allowed.
Child Policy
Children 12 and under stay free, sharing a room with adults and using existing beds, subject to room capacity.
Children 13 and older are charged the adult rate.
Payment
A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation.
